This exposed shingle spit was a productive place to search on our visit, but the returning tide can cut off the route back. Check local tide times and conditions, and keep a safe way back. Social media exclusive: a multicoloured Asteroceras ammonite from Charmouth, also containing a Promicroceras ammonite. Recently collected and prepared.
